Customize your QALO to make it personal to you!
Adding that special personalization takes time and precision from our Customization Team and adds that special touch to your QALO products.
After we receive your customized order it goes through a detailed process. Each customization is hand-engraved by our Customization Specialist who laser and quality check each personalization--making it uniquely you!
We have many products that we offer to be customized. Rings, blankets and teething necklaces can all have special messages engraved on them and to make sure your text fits on the product, each has a unique character limit. To find that, select the product on QALO.com, click Customize it and in the text box, you will find the maximum character limit for that product. *At this time we are unable to engrave emojis or special characters that are not on an American keyboard.
Once you select the product and type in your desired text or add a pattern, make sure to click Customization Ready, then add that to your cart! For some products, customization may be included in the price (Dog ID tags or Strata Customization), if not, you will see two product lines in your cart, one for the product and one for the customization. After you complete your order at checkout, it will begin the process!
It can take our warehouse about 1-2 business days pick and pack and an additional 7 business days to customize. Once your order is ready, you will be emailed your tracking number.
Customized products cannot be exchanged through our online Loop Exchange system. If you are looking to exchange a customized order please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The lasers do not support emojis or accent marks, so it will appear as a blank space instead, omitting one of your characters. If somehow, your computer or mobile does over 12 characters, the whole engraving will come blank. *
