To exchange or return your QALO item(s), follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Log into exchanges.qalo.com to begin your request for an Exchange, Refund, or Store Credit. To begin, you will need the following information:
-The email address used to place your order
-Your order number
-The shipping zip code, specific to where the package was delivered
2. Print the prepaid return label (You will have the option to print the label immediately, or you will also have the option to print later, as a PDF label will also be emailed to you.).
3. Send the item(s) back to QALO (You can tape or paste the label on whatever package you prefer (an envelope, or our original QALO packaging is just fine).
For exchanges, once the Post Office scans the exchange package as coming back to us, our system will automatically generate your new order. For refunds, once the Post Office scans the return package as received at our QALO Headquarters, our system will automatically create the refund. (Refunds can take up to 10 business days to drop back into your bank account, so stay patient and keep an eye out for that money.)
Please note that exchanges are only available within 60 days of the delivery date of your initial purchase; refunds are only available within 30 days of the delivery date of your initial purchase.
