Quickly return or exchange your eligible non-customized QALO products at exchanges.qalo.com
Please note exchanges are only available within 60 days of the delivery date of your initial purchase and refunds are only available within 30 days of the delivery date of your initial purchase.

Get your return started at Loop Returns & Exchanges
Once on our Returns page, you will need your
- Order number
- Zip Code
1. Select what item you would like to return or exchange.
2. Choose if you would like a new size or to return your product.
- If you choose a new size, select the size you want and why you need to make the exchange.
- If you choose to return the item, select why you are returning.
Once we have the correct information you can click continue with return.
- For non-exchanges, you can then Shop Now with the amount shown, be refunded back to your form of payment or be given store credit.
Once you have confirmed your return, download and print your Return Shipping Label. Use this label to send your product(s) back by using the same QALO package or your own envelope.
Your new order, store credit, or refund will automatically be processed within 48 hours. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail depending on your return choice. If you have not received this email within 48 hours please reach out to email@example.com
All refunds will take 5-10 business days to process through your bank before showing on your account. Please call your bank on any questions about the timeframe of your refund.
**Refunds are not available for shipping costs.
Unable to Print Label
If you are unable to print the Return Shipping Label, you can use your own stamp and packaging to send your product back!
