How do I exchange or return an order if I’m overseas? (APO/International)

While QALO provides pre-paid return labels for all domestic orders, our system is unfortunately unable to support prepaid labels for international (Non-USA) or APO/FPO orders.

If you’d like to personally send your ring back for an exchange, refund, or store credit, we will still be more than happy to help get you what you need!

To do this, first send your ring back in the cheapest option available to you (usually stamps and an envelope work well enough) to this address:

After this, please contact us with your original order number, return tracking number, shipping address confirmation, & what you would like for your exchange, and we’ll get a jumpstart on your return or exchange right away!
