Once you place an order via QALO.com, we will do our best to get your package shipped out as soon as possible. The typical processing time is 1-2 business days. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse where the shipping label is printed (please keep in mind that this step is a part of the processing time, and may not necessarily mean that your item has been picked up by the postal service just yet.)
From there, the order is customized (if applicable), safely packed, and prepared for shipment as soon as possible. Please note that if an item on your order requires customization, it may take up to a week in addition to the current processing time.
Once the order has been shipped out, it will then be marked as "fulfilled" and you will receive a tracking number that links to either DHL Global, USPS Priority, or UPS. The home pages for tracking are listed at the end of the article.
