-If an item of your order requires customization, please allow up to 7 business days of processing time through our warehouse.
-During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse where the shipping label is printed (please keep in mind that this step is a part of the 1-2 business day processing time, and may not necessarily mean that your item has been picked up by the postal service just yet.)
-From there, the order is engraved (if applicable), safely packed, and prepared for shipment as soon as possible.
-We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
