Due to an upgrade in our Shipping software we are currently dealing with a processing delay. Our current processing time has been increased to up to a week as we adapt to the new software. So sorry for the inconvenience, but we appreciate your patience!
During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse where the shipping label is printed (please keep in mind that this step is a part of the processing time, and may not necessarily mean that your item has been picked up by the postal service just yet.)
From there, the order is customized (if applicable), safely packed, and prepared for shipment as soon as possible. Please note that if an item on your order requires customization, it may up to a week in addition to the current processing time.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
