Once you place an order via QALO.com, we will do our best to get your package shipped out as soon as possible. We do request 1-2 business days for processing. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse where the shipping label is printed. Please keep in mind that this step is a part of the processing time, and may not mean that your item has been picked up by the postal service.
From there, the order is safely packed and prepared for shipment as soon as possible. Please note that if an item on your order requires customization, it may take up to an additional 5 days to customize BEFORE being shipped. During the holidays it can take up to two weeks.
Once the order has been shipped out, it will then be marked as "fulfilled" and you will receive a tracking number that links to either DHL Global, USPS Priority, or an international shipping company.
If your order is standard shipping, it will leave our warehouse with DHL and be transferred and delivered via your local USPS.
