There are a few reasons why you may not be seeing updates on your ring’s whereabouts:
- it may be lost in transit
- it may have passed through an area where tracking isn’t meticulously used
- your order shipped on a Friday and the USPS stalls over the weekend
- it’s close to a holiday and tracking may not be as quick
We recommend that you give your package the chance to meet the expected delivery time that was selected at the checkout. Even if the tracking isn’t updated, but it was last scanned as still “in-transit”, hang in there... It may be closer to you than you think!
If you get to the end of your shipping time and you still haven’t seen your package, our next suggestion is to give your local Post Office a quick call, as they may have a more detailed insight as to where it may be.
