There are a few reasons why you may not see updates on your rings whereabouts:
- it may be lost in transit
- it may have passed through an area where orders are not scanned.
- your order shipped on a Friday and the mail carrier does not update over weekends.
- An upcoming holiday may slow down the process.
We recommend giving your package the full requested timeframe that was selected at checkout. Please keep in mind our Shipping Length and Processing timeframe. Even if the tracking isn’t updated, but it was last scanned as still “in-transit”, hang in there... It may be closer than you think!
If you get to the end of your shipping time and you still haven’t seen your package, please give your local Post Office a quick call, as they may have a more detailed insight as to where it may be.
