Yes! You will receive 2 separate confirmations to the email you provided on your order.
The first email will be your order confirmation (receipt) and will be sent once you place your order through www.QALO.com.
(If you believe you placed an order but did not get an email order confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to resend the email to you or change the email address to the correct email address).
A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as our warehouse prints the shipping label for your order (Please keep in mind that this step is a part of the 1-2 business day processing time, and may not necessarily mean that your item has been picked up by the postal service just yet.)
