We understand the difficulty of buying an item before you are able to try it on. That is why our Refund & Exchange Policy is made to be super easy, it is designed to help you find what style and size works best for you.
Exchanges are available within 60 days of the date your package is marked “Delivered” according to its tracking. Exchanges are for adjusting the size only, this does not include style exchange. You can exchange sizes more than once, if needed.
Refunds are available within 30 days of the date your package is marked “Delivered” according to its tracking. Refunds only include the cost of the item(s) as well as the tax, we will not refund cost of shipping as that service was provided.
Customized Rings are available for size exchange or store credit only. At this time we do not offer refunds on engraved rings. Please contact Support@qalo.com for customized exchanges as they can NOT be done properly in the Loop Return site.
Customized Blankets and Teething Necklaces are not refundable. They may be exchanged for store credit.
Store Credit is available within 60 days of the date your package is marked “Delivered” according to its tracking. Store Credit will cover the cost of the ring plus tax and is the best method to use for style exchanges. We will not refund store credit /gift cards.
Apparel must not show any signs of wear and tear. If the product has been worn, we will not offer an exchange or refund.
For Clearance items, or purchases made during BOGO offers all sales will be ineligible for return.
All decisions made by QALO regarding returned products are final.
