Sizing anything you buy online is really hard (especially when you can’t try on what you’re buying). We get that, and designed a Return & Exchange Policy that makes it super easy to return or exchange your ring.
Exchanges are available within 60 days of the date your package is marked “Delivered” according to its tracking. Exchanges are for change in size only.
Refunds are available within 30 days of the date your package is marked “Delivered” according to its tracking. Refunds only include the cost of the item(s) as well as the tax.
At this time, we cannot offer refunds for customized QALO rings.
Store Credit is available within 60 days of the date your package is marked “Delivered” according to its tracking. Store Credit will cover the cost of the ring plus tax and is the best method to use for changing colors or styles. We cannot refund store credit /gift cards.
For all apparel, the product cannot show any signs of wear and tear. If the product has been worn or shows signs of wear and tear, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. All decisions made by QALO regarding returned product are final.
For Clearance items, all sales are final.
