We have a One Time, ANYTIME, for ANY REASON warranty on each of our rings and dog identification tags. This warranty may be used for a one-time replacement of your original product in the same style. If your item somehow broke within the first 30 days of receiving, if you need to change your shipping address for the replacement, or if this is a dog tag ordered before December of 2020, please contact us Here. All other warranties, please use the quick instructions below!
*We typically only see early ripping with rings that are slightly too small, so for your next ring we recommend a size up. *

It will ask you for your
- Order Number (found in your confirmation e-mail or on your account)
- Zip Code
Once your order is pulled up, you will be able to click on the item you would like replaced. For a ring, you will be given to select a new size if needed.
*For engraved items (plus dog tags ordered Dec. 2020 or later), please be sure to add the engraving via the word "Customization". If not, your new item will be sent to you blank. *
On the next screen, select "Damaged" then continue with the return and confirm the item. If it all looks perfect, click Submit Return! Because the item is damaged, please do not send the item back.
Your warranty will be automatically processed through our system and you will receive a confirmation email. If after 48 hours you have not received this, please reach out to us Here.
QALO ID
We offer a one time limited warranty that will replace the item if it is cut or torn from you in an emergency. This warranty does not apply to any QALO ID that is lost, stolen, or breaks due to daily wear and tear.

- A picture of the tag, if possible
- Tag style
- Current shipping address
