We have a One Time, ANYTIME warranty on each of our rings and dog identification tags. This warranty may be used for a one-time replacement of your original product in the same style. This warranty covers broken, ripped, or torn QALO rings or dog identification tags at any point in its lifetime.

It will ask you for your
- Order Number (found in your confirmation e-mail or on your account)
- Zip Code
Once your order is pulled up, you will be able to click on the ring you would like replaced. If you need to change the size of the ring, you will be given the option to select a new size.
On the next screen, select "Damaged" then continue with the return and confirm the item. If it all looks perfect, click Submit Return!
Because the item is damaged, please do not send the item back. You do not need to print the return label.
If you need to change the address on your new order, you can edit your address on the bottom of your summary page.
Your warranty will be automatically processed through our system and you will receive a confirmation email. If after 48 hours you have not received this, please reach out to email@example.com

- The size you need
- And the correct shipping address
