We have a One Time, ANYTIME warranty on each of our rings and dog identification tags. This warranty may be used for a one-time replacement of your original product in the same style. This warranty covers broken, ripped, or torn QALO rings or dog identification tags at any point in it's lifetime.
By using our Return and Exchanges site: https://qalo.loopreturns.com/#/ , you can quickly get your one time QALO ring replacement in just a few minutes!
Simply type in your order number and shipping zip code on the first page of the Loop website and click "Return Item". Next, select the size ring you would like (you can select the same size as before if needed). To let us know that this is for a warranty, select "Damaged" on the next screen that asks "Why are you exchanging?". Confirm the item, and then confirm the item you'd like to receive. If it all looks perfect, click Submit Return.
Because the item is damaged, we do not need the item back. So don't worry about printing the return label on the next page! You are good to go! Just look out for a confirmation email for the warranty order that will be on the way.
If the QALO is engraved (ring or Dogtag), it's still an easy process! Email us at Support@qalo.com with your order number, a picture of the QALO product with the emblem showing, and any additional info we might need (address change, engraving text, etc.) and we’ll get a new one out to you right away!
