We do offer free size exchanges or store credit for returned Customized QALO products.
Our online returns system does not support customized items. You must reach out to our Customer Service team.
To get that started, email email@example.com with:
- Your order number
- The size you need or that you want store credit
This will ensure your new size has the correct customization or that your store credit will reflect your ring with customization.
At this time, our online Loop Returns system does not support customized orders. If you do go through our exchange site, your new order will not be customized.
All customized orders are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
