Can I return or exchange a QALO I bought from a retail location?

If you are looking to return a QALO for a refund you will need to reach out to the retailer.

If you are looking to exchange a QALO and the retailer is unable to handle that for you, we would be happy to help you out with your exchange!

The first step is to email us here. Please include a picture of your receipt or proof of purchase, and let us know what you need to exchange for. You can then send the original ring back to us to be exchanged once you have heard back from a member of our team.
