For any QALO products purchased from a retail location other than our Head Quarters in Southern California, we recommend checking with the retailer first as they may have special procedures to meet your needs fast. If you are looking to return a QALO for a refund you will need to reach out to the retailer.
If you are looking to exchange a QALO and the retailer is unable to handle that for you, we would be happy to help you out with your exchange or warranty! Contact QALO at email@example.com and a Problem Solver can assist you in a timely manner! Please include a picture of the receipt or proof of purchase in the email. You can then send the original ring back to us to be exchanged once you have heard back from a member of our team. We will send you the QALO you love!
