For any returns or exchanges, please check with the location that you purchased your item from as they will have special procedures for returns and exchanges.
We cannot process any refunds for items that were not purchased directly from QALO.com or our QALO storefront at our headquarters in Santa Ana. See your retail location for more information on returns.
