For any QALO products purchased from a retail location other than our Head Quarters in Southern California, we recommend checking with the retailer first as they may have special procedures to meet your needs fast. If you are looking to return a QALO for a refund you will need to reach out to the retailer.
If you are looking to exchange a QALO and the retailer is unable to handle that for you, we would be happy to help you out with your exchange or warranty! Please include a picture of the receipt/ proof of purchase and a picture of the ripped/broken ring with the emblem showing in the email. We will send you the QALO you love!
