You can easily exchange a QALO you bought on Amazon!
All Amazon orders need to be accessed, returned, and exchanged through Amazon. You can do this simply by going to Amazon.com or your Amazon app and log into your account.
- From there you hover over “Your Account” and click "Your Orders".
- Find your QALO order.
- On the right-hand side of that order please click "Contact Seller".
- From there, you'll be able to send an email and submit your request.
