Returns and exchanges can only be done through Amazon and not QALO.
You can do this simply by going to Amazon.com or your Amazon app to log into your account.
- From there hover over Your Account and click Your Orders.
- Find your QALO order.
- On the right-hand side of that order please click Contact Seller.
- From there, you'll be able to send an email and submit your request.
For any missing shipments/products or incorrectly packaged rings, we recommend calling Amazon’s customer service line at 1-(888)280-4331. For any product questions, follow the steps above you can be assisted within 24 hours from your initial request during regular business hours!
For an Amazon warranty, QALO can honor it! We just need a some information:
Contact us Here with a
- Picture of your product with the emblem showing
- Your Amazon order number
- Your current shipping address and last name
- Confirmation of ring size, if applicable
