Can I change my order before it ships?

-Our orders are processed through the warehouse quickly, so please let us know as soon as you notice any issues. It’s not guaranteed that we’ll catch it, but it’s certainly worth a shot!  

-Our orders start shipping out at 7:00 am PST, so the sooner you know, the more likely it is that we’ll be able to change your order.  When sending an order change request, make sure to select “Order Changes” for the Issue Type.

 

-For address changes: In the event that your order is return to sender, please let us know and we will do our best to help get your ring sent to the right place.

-For ring changes: If you would like to exchange or return an item, please visit exchanges.qalo.com to start the process.
