Ring reverting back to default size? Cart adding too many customizations? No charge at all for customization in cart? Not to worry! These website issues have been narrowed down to a couple of reasons.
The main issue is most likely the outdated browser; our brand new site (like most others out there) are no longer coded for older browsers. If you are using any version of Internet Explorer, Safari (also on Mobile Devices), Firefox, or Edge there will be technological issues either immediately or on your confirmation email.
Fastest solution: Close current browser and open (or download the free) Google Chrome browser. You will find that the QALO site (and all other sites you browse) will work better.
