Ring reverting back to default size of 4 or 7 (or smallest size available)? Cart adding too many customizations? No charge at all for customization in cart? Not to worry! These issues have been narrowed down to a couple of quick-fix reasons.
The main issue is most likely the outdated browser being used; our brand new site (like most others out there) are no longer coded for older browsers. If you are using any version of Internet Explorer, Safari (on Mobile Devices), Firefox, or Edge there will be technological issues immediately with sizes and quantities.
Fastest solution: Close current browser and open (or download the free) Google Chrome browser. You will find that the QALO site (and all other sites you browse) will work better. Please check your confirmation email immediately to make sure the order went through correctly.
