There are a few options and timeframes that QALO orders are shipped out depending on what our community needs. All orders are subject to the 1-2 day processing time frame no matter the shipping method chosen.
Standard USPS orders will first be in motion with DHL GLOBAL (not DHL Express). They are then delivered to the customer's local post office. From there, it's up to the local postman to make the drop safe in the mailbox.

Priority USPS orders will travel solely with USPS. Check https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input for the tracking of priority orders. The phone number to call will vary depending on the local post office.
UPS Second Day air and Next Day air are available to track at https://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html.
