1. Retail or Other Online Store
We have many retail stores across the United States and Canada that carry our products!
For any returns or exchanges, please check with the location that you purchased your item from as they will have special procedures for returns and exchanges.
We cannot process any refunds for items that were not purchased directly from QALO.com or our QALO storefront at our headquarters in Santa Ana. See your retail location for more information on returns.
If you need a warranty for an eligible QALO item, and the retail location is unable to assist, we would be happy to help!

2. Amazon
You can easily exchange a QALO product you bought on Amazon!
All Amazon orders need to be accessed, returned, and exchanged through Amazon. You can do this simply by going to Amazon.com or your Amazon app to log into your account.
- From there hover over Your Account and click Your Orders.
- Find your QALO order.
- On the right-hand side of that order please click Contact Seller.
- From there, you'll be able to send an email and submit your request.
For any missing shipments/products or incorrectly sized rings, we recommend calling Amazon’s customer service line at 1-(888)280-4331. For any product questions, follow the steps above you can be assisted within 24 hours from your initial request during regular business hours!
For an Amazon warranty, we will just need a little bit of information!

4. Gift Purchase
QALO products are perfect gifts for family and friends, but sometimes may not be the best fit for you. If you are looking to make an exchange or request a warranty but received your item as a gift, we can help!
We offer free exchanges on all eligible QALO products and a One Time, Any Time warranty on all QALO rings and Dog ID tags.

How to start your exchange at Loop Returns & Exchanges
Once on the page, you will need your
- Order number
- Zip Code
1. Select what item you would like to return or exchange.
2. Choose if you would like a new size or to return your product.
- If you choose a new size, select the size you want and why you need to make the exchange.
- If you choose to return the item, select why you are returning.
Once we have the correct information you can click continue with return.
- For non-exchanges, you can then Shop Now with the amount shown, be refunded back to your form of payment or be given store credit.
Your new order, store credit, or refund will automatically be processed within 48 hours. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail depending on your return choice. If you have not received this email within 48 business hours please reach out to us Here.
All refunds will take 5-10 business days to process through your bank before showing on your account. Please call your bank on any questions about the timeframe of your refund.
**Refunds are not available for shipping costs.

Pay it Forward: No Shipping Label for Return
Help us support local communities! Instead of returning your QALO product back to us, we want to encourage you to donate your return to your local Fire Stations, Police Departments, or any organization of your choice.
Don't worry, your refund, store credit, or exchange will still be processed at no extra cost to you. This is just our little way of helping local heroes.
